Bug Error

When I go to usecp, and click on configure, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'NOTIFCACHE' not found in /home/vbmhm/public_html/dbtech/notifications/core/class_notifications.php on line 73

I don't get this error when I visit the UserCP.
