Bug Error Submitting Reviews from Phone

Hello, one of our members is getting the error I mentioned in the attachment when they try to log in and rate a resource on their phone. What could be the reason for this? I don't have any problems when I try to log in to the member's profile from my computer and leave a comment using the Login as User 1.2.9 plugin. However, our member gets this error when they want to make an evaluation from their phone.

I’ll try to replicate this but if I can’t, I won’t be able to do anything about it as I am not going to purchase a Samsung phone

Have you disabled star ratings for your reviews?

The problem is only caused by one member, other members can leave a review comment. There is a minimum of 50 characters for each comment. I told the member who had this problem to delete their browser history and cookies.

That doesn’t answer my question; from the video from the member they are not being shown the star rating. That is what’s causing the issue.
