Release notes

This version adds one major new feature; the ability for moderators with the appropriate permission to view any current or completed trade. Once a moderator has been assigned this new permission, two new tabs will appear to view "Others' pending trades" and "Others' completed trades". Clicking on a trade will allow the moderator to see the trade information.

Furthermore, a few minor changes and issues have been resolved. See the full change log for more details.
