Feature: Notification Type: vBSocial - Members can now use vBSocial as a method of notification instead of Private Message or Email
Fix: Resolved an issue where Mixed Content / Unsafe Scripts warnings could display when running the site via HTTPS
Fix: If the follower had a different language setting than the person making the post or thread, the email would parse in the wrong language
Fix: In certain scenarios, user group permissions would not apply correctly when checking whether notifications should be sent
Fix: If one follower no longer had permission to follow anyone, no subsequent followers would receive notifications for new threads
