Since there are no Usergroup permissions for the Newsletter mod, how can we prevent Banned Users from receiving the Newsletter - it appears as if they are receiving them which obviously is not a good thing.

vbsecurity automatically bans IPs, but its not visible which IPs were banned by vbsecurity. As its possible that innocent users were banned, we need to be able to check the IPs so that we can unban these if there was an error.

Please can you add option prevents some of the banned users from circumventing the banned screen by directly accessing the logout function. banned users can not be logout from forum...So he or she can not register to forum again.
