    Question Codes Not Accepted

    I just received a message from one of my members via email saying that he cannot log into the site that on every PC he has tried it will not accept his auth code. Is there a way to bypass him or turn it off for this individual? Here is a copy of his message -

    Question Unable to get promo codes to work.

    I created some promo codes, and then gave out the links to them. However when people click them, they get redirected to the main page and there is no transaction listed, etc. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but.. I can't get it to work.
