Just noticed now that when there is a single download update there are 3 notifications sent. I know prior to the todays hotfixes the couple times I tested the notifications they were showing just one sent. Not a big deal but might be causing/r related to other issues.

Havn't sent out a bulk email since September, they were working fine back then. No email settings have been changed since then. Users are able to sign up to the forum and they get an email. So emails within vBulletin are all functional. I have a test email list with 3 email addresses on it. If...
