Prevent users from editing a form once they fill it out. Should be on a per form basis.

When creating a new form entry, all of the default vB thread options at the bottom of the form. I'd like to be able to at the least, hide those options as it can be a bit confusing to someone if those options are not relevant to the form they are filling out.
