Is there some setting to turn the rating system on or off? when submitting a review we have no option to give a rating and the ratings block doesn't show on submitted reviews - am I missing something?

Hello there, We have 2 issues on the site with Review mod: 1) When you click on username from a review you get an error: This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view. 2) Registered users can select a rating in reviews but their ratings are not saved. Please help...
