Question Add tab with sub-links

How can I add a simple tab with sublinks or dropdown?

For example:

Tab in navbar: Translation
Sub-links: vB Translation | xF Translation

or

Tab in navbar: (this shows only one tab in dropdown, the last added)
-Translations
--vB Translation
--xF Translation
