Bug Admin controls not appearing in AdminCP

As the title says, the shoutbox administration controls don't appear in the AdminCP. But the Moderator controls appear in the ModCP.
I made sure everything was upload properly. I disabled and re-enabled the mod. Still doesn't show.

This can happen if you don't have "Can Administer vBShout" administrator permission and you aren't added to the SuperAdministrators in config.php
