When I tried to buy Advanced User Tagging mod, I was surprised by this statement:

"Does not contain the product itself, only a form to fill out that will enable DragonByte Tech support agents to install the software (purchased separately) on your forum."

What do you mean by:

"(purchased separately) on your forum."

Is there an extra charge for the mod?

Also, I think you violate my privacy by asking me my site's credentials; can I set up a test forum and move the mod to my old forum?

Yes. Purchasing the Professional Installation on its own would mean we installed the Lite version. If you're looking for the paid version, that is an extra charge.

No, we require the credentials of the site you're looking to install the mod on in order to complete installation.

We would require an English language file installed on the forum, as we do not have any Arabic speaking staff that would be able to correctly install the product.

Just that you cannot download new updates. You can run the version you last downloaded indefinitely, with no reduction of features.

Do keep in mind that we only support the latest released version for bugfixes. If you report a bug that has been fixed in a newer version, we'll ask you to upgrade, as it's not logistically feasible for us to patch older versions of our software alongside releasing new versions.

Also, Hashes do not support Arabic and that seems a bit disappointing!

Have you set the "Can Mention Usergroups" usergroup permission?

Also, Hashes do not support Arabic and that seems a bit disappointing!

This is a limitation of AJAX, there's nothing we can do about this
