Bug Attachment upload error

When I went to create a new post and upload images, I was getting the following error:

500 [IOErrorEvent type ="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventphase=2 text="error 2038"]

How did you determine it is Super PM's causing this?

I don't know,I think it vB or Server issue but where i can check and fix on this issue?

File Permissions Issue,The directory Attachment upload/files is not writable.
