Question Auto-Hide Shoutbox for Users

Hi

different users asked us if there's a way to set the shoutbox per default collapsed. i searched in the backend but i didn't find any setting.

is it possible? if yes, how to do it.

We've gotten a couple requests for it as of late so we'll take it into consideration
