Bug Bug uploading files in vBDownloads

hi there, we have a bug uploading files.
When you accept to upload files there is this message and back to upload page without upload the file, only record the comments and subject:

Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in [path]/dbtech/downloads/actions/doeditdownload.php on line 36
Could not find phrase 'dbtech_downloads_file_added'.

You will need to ask your host to enable the set_time_limit(); function.

Hi David, i called to my hosting and set_time_limit is enabled now. Now i can upload files but appear the next error in adminCP and uploading the file:

Warning: set_time_limit() [function.set-time-limit]: Cannot set time limit in safe mode in [path]/dbtech/downloads/core/class_import.php on line 9

You will need to disable safe mode also.
