Question Can't find button to send email

Hi I tried looking everywhere but I can't find the button to mass send mails to the mailing list I created with your addon... If you could help me I'd be grateful. Thanks

Hi there,

Can you please check your user group permissions to ensure your user group has permission to send mail?

After that, go to the Mailing Lists tab in your navbar and the Send button should appear next to the list itself.

No luck, I even tried to reinstall the add-on and even tried to force my username to have all settings to "Yes", other than the fact that I'm super admin and super moderator

I have 30k members in my mailing list but it decided to send only 201, waited hours and never increased.

This addon uses the XF mail queue system, so it is in charge of delivery. Also, it skips members without a valid email, members with a status other than “Valid” and members who have opted out of receiving emails from administrators.
