When I have sub-categories, they inherit rights of the main category ?

Here an Mod from my Tech Admin

Now shows the ACP Top and Subcategories correct.

First Step: Make Top Categories
Second Step: Makes the Sub Categories
Third Step: Go in Top Categorie and set the Permisions and click Save. All Subcategories becomes the same Permisions from the Top Categorie.
