Question Change vbshout box size

How do i make the entire vbshout box smaller?

Change the size in the vBulletin Options (accessible from the Settings link)

I only see it for the message are but i want too make the whole thing smaller like here.

The input area cannot be moved in the Lite version, that's a Pro only feature.

how do i make it smaller

I want it too look like the forum here, size wise.

The only size you can change is message area, you seem to have found that setting ok though

great it takes up way too much space. its really big compared to what you have on your forum thats why I bought it. how do I uninstall?

Our Shoutbox is exactly identical to what you have on your forum

To uninstall, go to Product Manager -> find the product -> Delete.

no its not the same mine takes up about 4 times the space.

looks like it might just be because on internet explorer. why would it work on firefox and not internet explorer?

I see it the same way as I screenshotted it.

no when you view it in Internet explorer its really big. any ideas why it would work on one and not the other?

It looks identical to the screenshot in Internet Explorer 8.

Keep in mind we only support IE8 and above, not IE7 or lower.
