Changing term "Manage Attachments:" to "Manage Images:"

I'm not sure this is possible at the moment. I'll need to dig further into how the attachment system works as that section of the form is created completely by the system vBulletin already has in place. You could change the phrase in vBulletin, but that would change it across the site.
