Bug Crashing of datavbase server.

I am having a problem when installing vBNotifications to my server.

When importing the xml file I get the following errors...

Warning: mysqli_query() [function.mysqli-query]: (HY000/2006): MySQL server has gone away in ..../includes/class_core.php on line 1393


So you can see what line 1393 says:
if ($queryresult = mysqli_query($link, $this->sql, ($buffered ? MYSQLI_STORE_RESULT : MYSQLI_USE_RESULT)))

My server is Linux
Running PHP 5.3.28

Please let me know if you need login details etc.

I also get the same error With vbslider install too.
You can see how many Products from Dragonbytes I have installed ---- lots!!!

This is a server-side issue that we have no control over. Please see the following manual page and contact your host for assistance if you don't have access to change any of the settings this page recommends: MySQL :: MySQL 5.0 Reference Manual :: C.5.2.9 MySQL server has gone away
