Question Credits are not calculated with Tapatalk

In my forum many users use Tapatalk but I have just discovered that those who write from Tapatalk lose the credits that are not added to them.
Could you do something?

That is up to Tapatalk to fix. I integrate with the Entity system in XF, which the resource standard mandates you must use to write new threads and posts to the database.

If Tapatalk violates this requirement, then it wouldn’t be possible for me to integrate with Tapatalk even if I wanted to.
