Bug Credits not been added after purchase

Starting last night anyone that has purchased credits has not received them on their account.

The Paypal payments are there, however when I go to the "transaction history" page for the 'Purchase' action, nothing is recorded for May 29th even though 5 members purchased credits today. I tested on my own admin account by buying credits and they were not added. No errors were given.

Did Paypal change something today? I looks like there's a communication failure somewhere.

My test payment and another payment within the last 30 mins where recorded successfully and the credits added, although both were about 15 mins delayed.

It must be something from Paypal's end that's causing the temporary problem.

We've not heard any reports of this happening here @ DBTech with our product sales, it could be a temporary problem with part of their IPN service.
