Question Credits not deducting on manual adjust

Hi DB,

I have a user Cory with 3000 credits.

There is a user Debashi, who would like to manually take 1000 credits from Cory for providing forum services.

When Debashi attempts to adjust, the Adjust button does not do anything. It silently fails.

Please advise.

FYI I've checked the similar threads, and saw the comments about checking the permissions.

I'm still confused on whether I should check the permissions of Cory's group permissions or Debashi's group permissions. I did both.

Let me know if I need to create an Admin account for you to audit the permissions

They both need the “trigger events” permission. Use the permission analysis tool in XF to check their permissions.

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked permissions for both users, and it's Yes. What else should I check?
