Hi there,
I'm having an issue where the events I have set are not triggering for some reason. I had it all set up and working, but then it stopped working (this probably happened two weeks ago, but I didn't notice it until now). For example, a simple thing like a post which I have set up to the default of 5 credits. All the permissions and options are correct in the sense that the appropriate currency is selected, it applies to all forum sections, and all user groups can trigger the event, but nothing ever happens- nothing is ever populated into the transaction log. For what it's worth, I did have to uninstall and reinstall different versions of both the DragonByte Shop and DragonByte Credits because I didn't realize that only certain versions were compatible with each other. For the longest time, I was getting this error when visiting the Shop due to my own laziness of not upgrading:

However, I just upgraded today and am no longer getting that error of course. The add-on stopped working at the time I was using a version of Credits that was not compatible with the Shop, so I figured that was pertinent information to include.
I set up a test currency to see if maybe it was the currency, but alas, I get nothing with a fresh test currency either. Any idea as to why this would be?
Thanks!
