Legacy Custom messages per instance

When creating an instance, there should be a way to setup a custom message that will get sent to someone when an invite is sent to them.

That way, they know what they are specifically being invited to, not just the forum, but a part of the forum (this is especially important if the invite changes their usergroup like mine do). That way they know if they click the link, they're going to get access to X usergroup, etc.
