Bug Dbtech menù in admin pannel

I have a problem . I have bought vbnavtab 1.3.1 , i have vbulletin 4.2.1. I have done All , upload 4.2.0 directory and upload plugin XML . But plugin dont work . In admin menù in vbulletin under dbtech - vbnavtabs 4.2 menù i have only General setting option . I have not for example manage tabs , manage dropdown, manage sublink

Admin Control Panel > Settings > Navigation Manager

Here you can manage tabs , manage dropdown, manage sublink .

But is it normal that i can view only General setting line in admin control pannel ---> dbtech-vbnavTabs and i cant view other line ?

That is correct, all the settings in vB v4.2.0 and later are in the navigation manager now.
