does dragonbyte mods allow me to do this?

i want to do next:

1: all users who make a thread (thread..not post!) on a specific forum, obtain 1 credit

if a user gets 250 credits i want to recieve a notification

then i will pay to the user 10 dollars with paypal

so..my question is:
can i do 1 step with a dragonbyte mod?
then...can i configure something to recieve a notification if a user gets 250 credits?

vBCredits II Deluxe can definitely help you with awarding for threads only in specific forums. However, it does not alert a separate user if there is a certain threshold reached. What I recommend is having your users donate 250 credits to you when they want their ten dollars - if they dont send enough (or too much) you can donate it back to them. With the pro version, you can set up a transaction alert to PM/email you when they have made that donation.

Or if you put in Activity you can set up awards for certain levels. Then you can check these levels and send out however much you need.
