Bug Duplicate Donation Bar After Installing Pro

Hello, I have duplicate donation bars displaying on my forum page after uninstalling the Lite version and installing the Pro version.

Here are the steps in order that I took which lead to this problem.

1. Installed vBDonate Lite, it worked without any issues.
2. Disabled vBdonate Lite, uninstalled it and manually removed vBDonate Lite files that were uploaded to webserver.
3. Installed VBDonate Pro, enabled Donate Bar, and now I have this:

I changed my site to the default VB skin and this issue occurs there as well.

The red block you are seeing is from the banner and it having unpopulated content. You can get the content for it here, http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/f171/banners-go-vbdonate-pro-7952/ or turn it off ACP / DBTech - vBDonate / vBDonate DashBoard / Rotating Banner Settings and set Show Rotating Banners? to "No"
