Bug Editing Instance Creates Fatal Error

I recently updated to the new 5.4.4 PL2 release along with all of my other mods as suggested when I upgraded to VBShop 2.2.0 GOLD. I just attempted to access the Instance Management screen to edit some usergroup permissions for my single shout instance and I am now receiving the following error after clicking the "Edit" button on the instance:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare dl() in /home/*****/public_html/forum/dbtech/vbshout/actions/admin/instance.php on line 206

I just logged into my email account to witness that I have recieved 1901 Emails from my Vbulletin installation all with the same error. The only thing that changes in the errors are the username that triggered it and the time. I have edited some information for privacy concerns.

Increase wait_timeout in your my.cnf file
