Question Error: Cannot redeclare utf8_url_slug

Hi, I have had a user in Wales with this error popping up when he replies to a thread.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare utf8_url_slug() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/solent-renegades.co.uk/httpdocs/dbtech/dbseo/includes/3rdparty/portable-utf8.php:45) in /var/www/vhosts/solent-renegades.co.uk/httpdocs/dbtech/dbseo/includes/3rdparty/portable-utf8.php on line 45

I have not been able to reproduce locally, and no other users mentioned this error. He is using google Chrome and Windows Vista.

I'm posting in here as it is in the DBSEO functions, although may be caused by something else. So posting in here first to find out how to best resolve this error message.

I've added a hotfix to v2.0.27 that should resolve this
