Bug Error when importing

I upgraded to 4.2.2 and downloaded the latest version of shout pro. When importing the product I am receiving an internal server error. I get the same thing when trying to update vbcredits. My error log says -

[notice] EACCELERATOR(21136): PHP crashed on opline 38 of install() at /home/policewi/public_html/new/dbtech/vbshout/includes/class_install.php:126

Any help would be great, thanks!

Disable eAccelerator from your system, it's making PHP crash. I would recommend APC or XCache over eAccelerator.
