Bug Error when uprading DB mail 4.1.0 to 4.3.1 on XF 2.1.3

Hi, I upgraded my XF 2.0.10 to XF 2.1.3 today, including my 21 AddOns, w/o problems - except DB mail update from 4.1.0 to 4.3.1 which failed:
I attached the error message I received.
Any help aprecciated
