Question Favorites not showing

for some reason when i click on tabs it says it adding it to favorites but when i go to favorites drop down there is none that i selected how can i get this to show

What do you mean by Favourites drop down? If you are referring to the menu that appears when looking at a forum, that menu is only a menu of tools to add or remove favourites from your main list.

Favourite forums is used for the AJAX Tab called Favourites which allows users to have their Favourite forums available to view in one location.

this is what i mean first pic is here at db i when i have tabs selected it shows in my favorites now at my site i have 6 tabs selected but not one of them are showing they show up in user cp as well but nothing shows there

If you want to PM me a an Admin enabled account at your site (I'd need Style and Forum Tabs access) and I'll take a look at it for you.

I've figured out what the issue is. Remember that we use the Pro version on our site, which means there are several extra features.

Having added a favourite to the test account you sent me, the Tab 'Favourites' displayed that forum. The option in the drop down takes you to the list of favourites in the User CP where you can add or remove the favourite forums you want.

Whichever you do, the end result is the same that forums stored as Favourites for a user are displayed under the Favourites AJAX powered Tab on the forum home page.

Does that make more sense? Were you expecting something else?

lol yes i was expecting something else i realize you use all pro products here and i am using lite how ever what i thought was that drop down would display all the favorite forums that you clicked i see now that it gives you a shortcut to your user cp where you can add them manually rather then one click them ..

with that being said this is working as intended .

maybe food for thought i kinda like the idea of a drop down for favorites instead of clicking on a tab which gives you all your favorites ..
