Just when I thought I was done posting, one of my testers brought something to my attention. If a user is uploading a file and his/her internet cuts out, a page for that file is still created (as is the connected forum thread) even though the file was never uploaded. Shouldn't the page only be made if at least one file is successfully uploaded? This could be a probably for large files and/or users with very slow connections.

That's a tough one. Theoretically you can create a download that just has text without a file attachment. If I changed it so it requires at least one file that would break it.

Ok, I'm gonna propose an alternative then. Can you make it so when you click the Upload button it does a check to see if you have anything in the vbdownloads database that has an entry but contains no files? If there is it could show the Download Entry name and as if the user would like to go to that page instead. I'm basically just trying to think of a way to prevent users from failing, then making duplicate entries in the database, requiring a moderator to clean up later.

Since you are talking about a breakdown during the file upload I think you might still have the same problem. I'll try and think of a way to deal with it.
