I run a electronic music website and am currently using Downloads II to manage our files. See it here:
http://www.genxglow.com/mixes

Here is an example file:
http://www.genxglow.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=193

As you can see our typical file sizes are around 100 MB. I could really benefit from a Flash Uploader, rather than the standard form upload. Is this something you offer in your vbDownloads product?

Also, I would like to be able to changes phrases. For example, change 'File' to 'Mix' amd 'Files' to 'Mixes'. Is this possible?

I would also like to run two vbDownloads products simultaneously: one for users to upload Tracks and another for users to upload Mixes. I can not do this with Downloads II. Can I do this with vbDownloads?

I do plan to do a flash uploader for downloads sometime after release, it is one of my main priorities.

The mod is fully phrases so changing certain terms is definitely possible.

As for running two instances of the mod, I don't think this is possible at the moment but it could be considered as a feature in the future. In the mean time however, I have built the mod so that it can be run simultaneously with DownloadsII and other downloads mods, so technically you could have two different downloads areas although each would have a different layout.

I hope this answers your questions.
