I whant to know if you are thinking to develop this mod to 3.8x version?

I would pourchase this mod to my 3.8.

Unfortunately it is not possible to create this for vB 3.8 because the advertising functionality is unique to vBulletin 4.x, and it would be a significant time & resource investment to re-create that functionality for vB3.

Not only that, but having separate vB3 and vB4 code bases would introduce incompatibilities and upgrade issues for people who upgrade from vB3 to vB4.
