Bug Having issues with attachment images working in Article section and URL links

I have noticed that a couple of my articles in the articles section (top tab) of site do not show the attached urls, and even the urls are not correct for the article. Not sure if this is the seo ad on or not... help. Thanks.

This link has image issues, and the url is not really pertinent to the article:

Same with this one: the url is not right to article title:

I see that DBSEO is not rewriting attachment URLs at the moment, so I'm not entirely sure this is related to DBSEO as a result.

Were these attachments originally from a thread? What happens when you try to reupload them? It looks like either they were from a thread and weren't carried over correctly (like it was copy/pasted) or things didn't go right when they were uploaded (like an error on the backend or something not being configured correctly).

No, they were articles made from scratch. Maybe I will try to redo them, delete, and rewrite. Thanks. (Someone on vbulletin said it could be the SEO mod thats why I posted here...)
