how or where can i see the changes of the new version ( jan 6) vBNavTabs

and when i update ( upload) will old menu tabs stay or do i have to add al again

And I belief when you update, the old menu tabs stay... (but Ozzy47 will know about that for sure)

Yes anything you have addded will stay in place. Just load the files to your server and import the xml.
