Question How do I change the "Post Thanks / Like" title to something different?

I'd like to know how to edit the titles from the Advanced Post Thanks / Like bar below the posts; as seen here View VGTwC2.jpg on ScreenSnapr

Any idea what style I'd have to edit for that?
