Question How do I enable new thread/post notifications for posts/threads created from Tapatalk

For some reason, vBShout doesn't create notifications for new posts/threads when someone uses Tapatalk to reply to a thread, or create a thread.

I assume that Tapatalk must use a different function than the newpost_complete one which is hooked in the dbtech "(Pro) New Thread / Post - Add Notification" plugin.

What do I need to do to get Tapatalk replies/threads to have notifications for them?

Can I just duplicate the "(Pro) New Thread / Post - Add Notification" plugin and hook it to a different location (the tapatalk specific one)? If so, by any chance do you know which hook needs to be used?

I don't know if duplicating it would work, this would fall under customising our products which is not something we're able to support unfortunately

Since I haven't looked into the posting code for Tapatalk I don't know enough to unofficially assist either, sorry
