Question How to add Nominate botton at footer of posts?

I understand you don't see the bottom button, it would help to know what you do see so I can tell you what settings need to be changed to make it be at the bottom

Yes, once you have voted on all the current nominations the link goes away. If you want to allow them to vote multiple times for the same nomination then that is the setting for it.
I wouldn't allow that for any serious type of nomination though. Otherwise a user could sit there and repeatedly nominate the same thing over and over.

No, it only shows if you personally have active nominations.
If you are testing it and playing around I suggest turning the allow multiple votes on. That way you don't have to have a ton of nominations. It will let you vote over and over for the same one and the menu wont go away
btw, if you downloaded the lite one tonight, can you redownload it? I added a hotfix to it just a minute ago. When you create a rotating nomination it will now create a current inactive nomination. Otherwise you'd have to wait for the next cycle time
After you create the rotating one, go the the current nominations and you will see an inactive one for you to modify as needed before you activate it.

The pro is fine, you can create one time nominations which lite can't. It should show right away
Did you set the usergroup setting? It's only one setting, easily missed
If you set the usergroup setting, try creating a one time nomination that goes on all types to see if the list populates.

Here is an example. Lets say you want a thread of the week nomination. You want a winner each week but you don't want to have to make a new one each week. So you create a rotating thread nomination, set the end date way out like dec 31, 2058 and set it to weekly. Each week, on the day specified it will create a new nomination for the duration of time you selected, ie for a week. At the end of the week, that one will end and a new one will start.
