I am running DB Security Pro v3.02 on Xenforo v1.5.2 and have a user who has been locked out of his account. He says he does not have an email from the board, with a LINK to click-on so he can unlock his account. I asked him for a printscreen of what he sees and I have attached it.

My question is, how do 'I' unlock his account?
The few times someone has locked themselves out, they have always used the embedded LINK in the email the board sends out. I don't see anywhere to re-send such an email to a user, or for them to request it be resent.
Also, since I've never had a problem until now, I had never listed an email in the Email Recovery Options box. I have now, but it's been 24hrs and I've not received anything. I thought I might get an email stating who was locked out, with an embedded LINK that I could unlock their account, assuming such is generated via a CRON job.
