Bug idle on load

You shut my other thread without reading it properly.
This is a different issue.
Every time somebody enters or refreshes the shoutbox they go straight into idle mode.
This didn't happen in v5, and is driving everybody nuts.

I am unable to confirm this issue, please check the settings / usergroup membership as mentioned in the other thread.
