IE compatability

I use Chrome or Firefox and until recently was advised that in IE my forum drop down tabs are being hidden behind the shoutbox.

Also is there a method in reducing the width of the shoutbox so there is no horizontal scroll bar?

We've been unable to replicate the issue, in the past it turned out to be a custom skin issue.

The scroll bar thing is a bug in IE, unsure if there's anything we can do about it.
