ignore permission

Again, amazing product, you guys are great.

I'm running version 5.

I keep searching where I can find the permission to allow or disallow the 'ignore' command.

I cannot find it in the user groups or in the application or in the chatroom instance permissions.

There's no permission to block that command currently.
However, if you're worried that your users are ignoring your staff members, that's what the "Is Protected Usergroup" setting is for Enabling that will render those users un-ignorable.
