Intallation problem

I just bought the vBShout Pro script and I'm having problems with installation.

I have uploaded all the files in the forum directory, but when trying to import the product-dbtech_vbshout_pro.xml i get this error message

The following dependencies were not met:

   1. The product dbtech_vbshout must be installed before this product may be installed. (Compatible starting with 4.1.0 / Incompatible with 5.0.0 and greater)

I'm running (vBulletin 4.0.2 Patch Level 1)

Any ideas?
