Bug Inventory show no item available

I have items in shop but when i go to inventory it says no items to display. is inventory the items i currently have owned is this why it shows no items ? Also how do u add downloadable items

There is no downloadable items feature in DB Shop.

ok i understand what if i have a item in the shop like lets say multi color username is there a way to set it automatically once they purchase.?

That does happen by default. Check your item's configuration as I believe there's an option for whether items are default disabled or not.

Do bear in mind, items that require configuration (such as the non-"Pre-Defined" colour items) can't be enabled by default until the user configures them.
