That won't happen, vBCredits doesn't duplicate vBActivity points.
I'm saying that if you have vBActivity points set as the main points system in vBCredits, recalculating points -will- set the available points to spend to whatever the outcome is.
The way I read your question was, whether re-calculating would add to existing points, which it would not.
This is something that's not possible to change, and is also the reason why we recommend using a dedicated points mod like vBCredits and let it handle points accumulation. It's got tools that are vastly more powerful for managing "spending money", whereas vBActivity points are only there to facilitate their use in Achievements / Activity Level calculations.
Because purchases aren't made in vBActivity, and it's simply not feasible for me to check transaction data for every possible shop mod in existence (which is what would need to happen if I were to call this a feature, otherwise it would confuse people). That’s interesting. Why not keep transaction data that is able to counteract the recount? Say if Jim had 1000 points and bought a 500 point gift then when the recalculate happens, vbactivity re-ups the points but recalls the information that Jim bought a 500 point gift. So he still ends up with 500 points at the end.
I don't know, you'd need to check in the vBCredits forum to see if there's any documentation on it, if not then suggest integration with those mods as well.Is there a guide on how to incorporate all the “activity” w/o depending on the vbactivity? I really like being about to encourage members to like/thank play TT, give reputation, etc and it go towards their income.
