There should be an item that just PMs a specified user with the details of what was purchased. It could be used for buying things that need to be done manually. For example, I want members of my forum to be able to buy their own board. But that has to be set up by an admin. Basically the only way to do this now is have a thread where I'm selling it, so people can post with what they want, in addition to the Shop, which is like having two shops...
