I would like to request the ability to limit the amount of sticky threads that are purchased based on amount of time and forum.
For example, I would like to say "no more than 5 purchased sticky threads in X forum per 30 day period". The period could be the expire time.
This would prevent too many sticky threads from being purchased all at once.
